Rowan Cramond

Director

With over 15 years of experience in the general health industry, Rowan’s background includes significant governance and business administration. He is dedicated to promoting the mental health and well-being of individuals connected with the Racing Industry in New Zealand. Rowan believes that by providing targeted resources and support, OnTrack Racing Limited can make a tangible difference in the lives of those at risk of mental health concerns within this community.

Jorgen Gullestrup

Director

With 29 years of experience working for causes he believes in; Jorgen has spent the last 14 years as a leader in Mental Health and Suicide Prevention. He has established groundbreaking programs and advocated for sustainable, holistic solutions in suicide prevention and mental health. Jorgen has partnered with stakeholders from various industries to ensure effective strategy and program delivery. He is currently a PhD candidate and holds a Master’s degree in Suicidology.

David Robinson

Director

A values-driven leader with a dedication to community service, David has extensive experience in governance and leadership. His roles include CEO positions at Wellington Free Ambulance and MASH Trust, where he delivered services in Mental Health, Addictions, Social Services, and Disability sectors. David’s leadership and commitment to community service make him a valuable asset to OnTrack.

Jane Davis

Director

As a highly experienced public sector senior leader and current director on the Harness Racing NZ Board, Jane brings to the OnTrack Board industry knowledge and skills. As a part-owner of several standardbred horses and  as a previous director of harness racing’s NZ Metropolitan Club, she has strong connections into the industry. She has many years of strategic planning experience and also brings strong finance and planning skills to the Board. Jane is committed to improving the wellbeing of those in the racing community.  

Jean Fahey

Director

Jean is a highly respected figure in New Zealand’s greyhound racing community, with decades of success as a trainer and strong leadership in governance. Based in Canterbury, she is co-principal of Fahey Greyhounds with her husband Dave, together having built one of the country’s most successful kennels, producing multiple Group 1 champions and a record eleven New Zealand Cup winners. As an OnTrack Director, Jean brings deep industry knowledge, practical insight, and a steady commitment to the wellbeing and future of racing, grounded in hands-on experience, strong community connections, and a reputation for integrity and collaboration.

Victoria McArthur

CEO

Victoria is dedicated to the not-for-profit sector and has led impactful initiatives promoting mental health and well-being. Recently, she introduced the MATES in Construction programme into New Zealand, which has had a positive impact for this workforce. Under her leadership, OnTrack is committed to transforming the racing industry, setting new standards for mental health support and organisational well-being. Victoria excels in strategy development, marketing, governance, and stakeholder engagement, driving results and securing substantial investments from both government and commercial sectors.

Kim Jones

National Manager Support Services 

With over twelve years of experience walking alongside people through trauma, loss, and recovery, Kim Jones brings deep compassion, strength, and expertise to her role at OnTrack. Kim has focused her recent work in the postvention space, offering support, connection, and hope to those impacted by suicide. Her background in project management gives her a strong foundation for leading complex initiatives, but it’s her heart for people that truly defines her leadership – helping shape a future where people feel seen, supported, and never alone.

James Rapley Sendall

Community Support Officer and Programme Lead

James is a passionate Community Support Officer at OnTrack, blending his lived experience with suicide prevention and a deep understanding of human behaviour from his professional background. He excels at fostering positive culture shifts within communities and workplaces, designing innovative programmes that drive personal growth, collaboration, and positive well-being.

Sam Keane

Community Support Officer

Sam is a dedicated Community Support Worker at OnTrack, combining her academic background in psychology with hands-on experience in the racing and equine industries. She brings a energetic, empathetic approach to her work, creating safe and inclusive environments where individuals feel heard and supported. Sam is skilled in facilitating workshops, building trust, and encouraging meaningful conversations that strengthen wellbeing and resilience across communities.

Gareth Hastings

Community Support Officer

Gareth is an experienced Community Support Worker at OnTrack, bringing a strong background in education, mentoring, and community leadership. He excels at building trust and guiding individuals through challenging situations, drawing on years of experience supporting people in high-pressure environments. Gareth’s practical, steady approach supports positive behaviour change and strengthens resilience within the communities he works alongside.

Trelawne Quinlivan

Strategic Support Manager

Trelawne is the Strategic Support Manager at OnTrack, working closely with leadership to ensure the organisation operates with clarity, structure, and strategic alignment. With a background in digital project management, business operations, and systems development, she excels at turning strategy into practical, measurable delivery. Trelawne strengthens organisational performance by improving processes, enhancing communication, and ensuring teams are supported to deliver meaningful impact.

Andrew McKerrow

Racing Chaplain

With a career spanning 35 years, Andrew is deeply connected to the racing industry. As New Zealand’s first Racing Chaplain, he provides spiritual and emotional support to those involved in racing. Known for his warm demeanour and strong relationships, Andrew remains an integral part of OnTrack, attending weekly race meets and ensuring his enduring presence and support within the racing community.

Deborah Douglas

FINANCE 

Debs is indispensable to OnTrack and maintains smooth operations and supporting the team. She supports the CEO and oversees the coordination of board meetings and events, ensuring seamless operations. Additionally, she handles office management duties, and procurement, while also assisting with financial management, including payroll and invoicing.

Lesley Webb

Design & Production

Lesley looks after the OnTrack brand, and supports the team with marketing, social media and production of communication, training and promotional collateral.  Having worked with several not for profit organisations, OnTrack is an exciting new project and sector for Lesley.
